Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
All orders are subject to verification. No orders can ship to PO boxes.
As is standard across the industry, large items are shipped via curbside delivery to your home. Standard shipping times may take longer than shown, do not include weekends/holidays, and are not guaranteed.
Standard parcel packages typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground services.
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com
SHIPPING POLICY AND LIABILITY FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE/MISSING PARTS
Unfortunately, mistakes do happen and items can arrive damaged or incomplete. The driver will not know as much about the product as the customer or Addictive Math Inc - Toy Store, so please call us if you have any questions upon delivery, and we will be happy to help during our normal business hours.
Reporting Damaged Parts:
The customer must refuse delivery or note damage upon receipt if an item is in a condition not suitable or possibly not suitable for use. We guarantee replacement parts as long damaged/missing pieces are noted at the time of delivery. Additionally, the shipments have labels or a delivery receipt indicating how many pieces (boxes, slides, and loose parts) you should have.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there are the same number of pieces as the delivery receipt indicates. If the order is not complete, you must note that with the carrier at the time of delivery. Remember, signing a shipment clear/failing to note a shortage removes Addictive Math Inc - Toy Store and the carrier from responsibility regarding the loss, and you will be required to pay for missing pieces and related shipping costs.
REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE
Unfortunately, sometimes packages arrive with damaged, defective, or concealed missing parts. At Addictive Math Inc - Toy Store, we guarantee you will receive correct and functioning parts in these circumstances.
If you need a replacement for a damaged/lost part, calling the manufacturer is the quickest fix. If you need assistance with this process, feel free to call our customer service number at (888)-362-7646 and we will be happy to help. Most replacement parts are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and are ground delivery regardless of the initial shipping type unless the consignee chooses to pay the difference for expedited shipping. Note that Scuffs, scratches, nicks, and checking are not considered damage to wood, plastic parts, metal posts or parts, or slides.
Here are a few other special considerations regarding replacement parts:
- Repair kits and not parts are sent when the shipment is accepted as clear.
- We do not provide credits/refunds for missing or damaged parts or replacement parts not ordered through Addictive Math Inc - Toy Store
- If your item was sent via freight and signed and accepted, the order cannot be returned unless shipping is paid both ways by the customer and the item is unopened or not installed or used. If there is damage, part error, or loss in this situation, replacement parts must be issued.
